I have a passion for helping others reach the best version of themselves through training of the mind, body, and soul. I believe our ultimate health and well-being comes from a connection through our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. This connection starts with our why. I have challenged myself to find my why in everything I do, which is the reason I wanted to start this blog and explore my passions.
